Hi and welcome to my professional website! I'm Dr. Jacqueline Ashley. I'm a versatile, non-traditional social work leader who is a passionate agent of change engaged at every level of social work practice, including organizational development, policy development, psychotherapy, executive-leadership coaching, and social impact consulting.
Life is certainly full of challenges and can be overwhelming at times. As a clinical, corporate, and political social work leader, I empower people to navigate the challenges of work, life, and health by finding and implementing different ways for them to make positive impacts to their health and well-being, longevity, productivity, and ability to maximize quality of life.

The 12th edition of Social Work Speaks is a comprehensive and unabridged collection of policies adopted and revised by the NASW Delegate Assembly in 2020. The Delegate Assembly, NASW’s key policymaking body, meets every three years. The policy statements set the parameters for NASW’s positions and actions on a broad range of public policy and professional issues.
Society has progressively grown more diverse over time, yet many organizations still struggle with making the necessary cultural transformations that would go beyond mere window dressing to create cultures that truly embody diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging (DEIB) and intersectional social justice.
When leaders authentically role model multidimensional self-care, they're facilitating healthy, well workplaces where employees can truly thrive.
